Our Story
A 30+ Year Journey
In 1993, founder Murray McMahon bought a small health food store in Woodbridge, Ontario. Having relied on natural supplements to overcome his own health issues, he knew first hand that natural products were an effective alternative to prescription drugs.
Murray named it Good Health Mart and expanded the shelves to include many more quality supplements, foods and services.
“I set up the store the way I like to shop,” Murray says. “Quality products, superior service with reasonable prices.”
Eunice McMahon brought her accounting expertise and her boundless energy – and still visits every store on a regular basis.
